Pumpkin Protein Bites

These Yummy little snacks have always been a hit at our house, as you can tell from this 3 year old picture of Olivia, we have been making these little bits of heaven for a while now.  Enjoy!
1 c. Pumpkin
3 c. Oats
4 TBSP Sugar-Free Syrup
1/2 tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
1 tsp. Vanilla
2 scoops Vanilla or Chocolate Protein
2 tsp Flax Seed
1/2 c. Dark Chocolate Chips
1/2 c. Walnuts (optional) we didn’t use any in this batch
